Based on current regulations, a UK pension transfer to Australia generally requires you to be aged 55 or over. This is increasing to 57 from 6 April, 2028 – so it’s likely you won’t be eligible for some time yet. If you are under 50 – we are unable to proceed with a transfer assessment at this time.
